Where do you come in?

You will be part of a team responsible for making sure that our clients experience is a seamless one. From maintaining our cleanliness standards to creating a positive and energetic environment, your role is integral in the experience of both new and seasoned guests.

According to your availabilities, a weekly shift will be allocated to you in all-studio, all-access membership!

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Contribute to an environment where clients feel happy and at ease
• Set up new clients on the bike & support them as needed
• Ensure that the studio is clean and presentable at all times
• Support with any arising issues during class times
• Prepare/ turnover the studio between classes

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must speak in French and English.

• Must be available for 4-5 hours a week. Should you need this shift off, you must trade with another member of the energy exchange program
• Must have great customer service skills
• Must have great communication skills with team members & clients

• Ability to trouble shoot and react quickly 
• Ability to work well under timelines/ pressure
• Personal passion for fitness and/or b.cycle
